  I cannot recommend Josh at Greenwich Ford enough! This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and Josh truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He wasn't just trying to sell me a car; he was patient, answered all my questions, and worked incredibly hard to get me into a vehicle I love. He made what is usually a stressful process feel effortless. If you want someone who will actually go the extra mile for you, ask for Josh!

  Jay and the rest of the team really went above and beyond to help me get out of a car that was way to small for me into a f150 thanks to everyone for getting into a beautiful truck

  This was the most disrespectful text message I’ve ever received from a business in my entire LIFE!!! Of course I still have my gas sipping Ford Fiesta. You really thought this was funny. I’ll give you a real review of Greenwich Ford buddy. You ever noticed I don’t get my car serviced there? Did you know I had to use Lyft because your service department delayed their job of a nothing. Did you know you finance GUY DID ALL OF HIS PAPER WORK AT THE END OF THE DAY OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE WHEN HE HAD A WEEK TO FIND ME A GOOD DEAL!!!! I wish I could give you ZERO STARS. IM GOING TO KEEP ADDING ON TO THIS REVEIW WHEN I GET OFF WORK. PS THANKS FOR SELLING ME A LEAKING FIESTA, ONLY TOOK $1K TO FIX IT AFTER YOUR SO CALLED FREE OIL CHANGE. THE CD PLAYER IS BROKEN AGAIN BTW, NOW I KNOW WHY IT WAS DISCONNECTED WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Just added one more photo, when you devalued my trade in by flipping the numbers. That’s a cute trick, that flip changed the value of my car by a lot. That flip changed my car from a V6 to a 4 cylinder engine.

  Hello not what I would expected from home town dealership.grew up in greenwich when into military came home to surrounding are to live.saw a used vehicle on lot and decided go for it.we sat down did numbers ect.dont have best credit but was willing to do a decent payment.they came back with 574 per month on 54 months with trade in and I decided with that kinda of payment money down didnt seem fair.now mind you 19,900 for this used truck 2016 cause I wasn't putting money down they lied to me said they found out truck needed 9k in parts and it would have to go to auction let us try for something else.they were still pushing 599 month ect.i can see why high payments but to keep advertising and inviting people to come test drive a truck that was reported needs to go to auction I highly suggest you think twice about home town dealer.i no iam discussed with how they lied to me and how I was treated.

  My husband and I were looking for a first “family” SUV. Greenwich ford had the vehicle we had been searching for. Unfortunately the car wasn’t available when we went to purchase. Josh Brophy assured me they could get me what I was looking for. The sales manager Dan worked all hours including Sunday to find my dream car. Sure enough he found it and I was driving it home by Tuesday afternoon. They worked with my husbands busy work schedule to accommodate us! Every single person was so welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout this whole process. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. We will forever be Greenwich Ford lifers now. I love my Explorer!
