  I had a great buying experience with the team at Greenwich Ford — especially my salesman, Josh. I had been searching for a Bronco Sport for a while, and they helped me finally get into the right one. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. They made it easy. Highly recommend!

  My experience with this dealership has been extremely terrible, Jason in finance is very unprofessional. I called asking about the cancellation of my add ons and he kept avoiding my calls, when I used another number to call and he realised it was me he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this car dealer.

  I brought my 2nd vehicle from greenwich ford no hassle at all, I told them what I wanted and how much my payment needs to be at and they were spot on. its great for me to know i have a dealership that i can trust to do the right thing. i have recommend my friends and family and the ones that brought a car are very happy. thank you Greenwich ford keep up the great work.

  Okay so I’ll start off with the positive. They were able to get me approved for a car with little down even though I had a car loan already. Everything seemed great they took care of the noise when I test drove but 3 days later my brakes made noises and my car wheel was loose as can be. Then one day I was driving down the Thruway and my car made a horrible roaring noise so I pull over and 3 of my lug studs had broken off while I was doing 75 mph luckily I pulled over and tightened the other two and got my car towed back home. And now I have to get new wheel bearings for my rear. And now my tie rod is bad.i got this car 3 months ago. Never shopping here again for a car. Staff was very pleasant though
