I was charged $359.The estimate quoted was suppose to include tax n ALL charges $334.20 Beware when they ask for a deposit for the tires because I was told that they take a $25 deposit for the 2 tires ( which the technician said were there so it’s not like they ordered them) and they don’t return the deposit they apply it on the bill which I was NOT told. LEGALLY per NYS law I should have been told my deposit was non refundable which I was not They failed to honor what was the estimate of $334.resulting in me paying 359.20 including the deposit . To me this is deceptive. Additionally, beware they ( the Greenville store) charge more than some other Mavis stores and other tire businesses for studding ($79. for studding 2 tires) and claim they give you a “discount” on the tires when the exact tire can be found for a similar price elsewhere not on sale I called customer solutions after getting no help from the store yesterday and they never called back So my business and my families won’t be using them again
