  The dock scheduler/master here is beyond rude and his actions almost negligent. I will be contacting the board of directors. With receipts and a detailed account of the incident as the conversation was recorded. Never in boating have we experienced anything like this with any Safe Harbor. Save money and have a better experience overall at CLAUDIO’S marina.

  Have visited and stayed at this marina several times over many years of sailing vacations. Always found the staff and facilities to be nice, friendly and helpful. But this year was different as we had damage on the way to Greenport and weren't sure what to do or how to get things right again. The Service Staff stepped up and were fantastic. They made a plan, went out of their way on a holiday weekend to get the work started and got us back sailing again in record time. I can't recommend them enough.

  I recently bought a boat that was berthed at Brewer's yard. Sean, Service Manager, was fantastic. They helped us prepare for delivery to FL and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything. David kept the fuel dock open an hour late for us. Other than fuel, we were not even a paying customer! This is a beautiful facility with a competent staff. I highly recommend this marina and I look forward to returning in the future.
