  Brought my car in first thing on a Monday morning, they were awesome! Got me right in! One of my tires had a leak and they were very quick to get me in and get the problem fixed at a very reasonable price!!

  I originally had an appointment at another place and when I got there I was told very rudely that they don’t do inspections on Monday. So I immediately called Mr Tire and was able to get an appointment with them and what a delight. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and asked me if I could wait his inspecter was running late not a problem for me and the gentleman kept me informed of everything. So Happt I went to Mr. tire.

  Went for a NYS inspection, they took the car in put it up on the lift, look at the tires, they looked through the rims and the back of the tries and came and told me the breaks are bad, that I needed new pads and routers in the rear all with out taking the tires off. When I questioned how they knew they were bad they said “they are” and that I needed two new front tires which yes needed to be replaced. When I questioned the breaks asking how bad are they and could I see them, they stated they could not take the wheels off because they had no compressor it’s been broken for two days and they could not replace the tires either at this time. Then how was I going to pass inspection with out them being able to do the work. Took the car to another shop all the tires pulled and there was no issues with the any of the breaks. Had the two tires replaced there and passed NYS inspection…. Will not be going back to Mr. Tire.. The sales guy tho was very nice and polite at the shop, thats the only thing going for them.

  Amazing staff. They were able to get my truck in immediately and fix the issue. They were very upfront, and communicate well with me throughout the time my truck was there. I truly was impressed by the care and work they did to make sure my truck was safe to drive. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Dewey Ave in Greece. They restored my hope in shops!! Will definitely be back when needed.
