I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Dewey Ave in Greece. They restored my hope in shops!! Will definitely be back when needed.

I had to keep bringing my vehicle back I bought 4 new tires with warranty after 12onths one went flat they replaced it then a.month later it happened again they checked and there were 2 holes in the tire (defect) they needed to order as they didn't have any in stock I did not want to get the same tire after having 2 problems in a year. I was given such a hard time I did not feel I should.come.out of pocket I just wanted a tire that was comparable wasn't asking much I had to wait for the assistant manager to get a hold of the DM I literally had to get extremely upset before anything was done. This shop frequently runs with no technician the customer service other than one person is absolutely terrible!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY MR. TIRE locations EVER!!!!
