- BHBob HDec 27, 20251.0Unneeded repair recommendations, rounded off two lug nuts that I had to air hammer off. Lugs way over torqued, book calls for 110ft-lbs. With a 2 ft breaker bar I couldn't loosen them, had to add a two ft cheater bar to that. Out of curiosity set my torque wrench to 225 and they didn't budge. Hey Mavis, might want to educate your people on how to use those torque sticks that are so proudly displayed behind the service counter.

There I was informed that they didn't do inspections at that location and I was asked if I wanted them to call the Greece one to see if they could fit me in? I said sure. He called and they said I could bring it over. It was only about 15 minutes away so I decided to make the trip. I am so glad I did. The manager Chuck was cool and literally had his inspector Chris immediately bring in my car and begin his inspection. They were extremely thorough and informative. It only took about a half hour or so. I was very fortunate that they serviced me so quick and that everything checked out! Also glad that it passed! If you want a hassel free experience and genuine inspection that will assure you your vehicle is safe I highly recommend you go see Chuck and Chris!! They do a great job and they are great guys! Thanks again
