I spent over $800 on new snow tires that the person I spoke with said were going to be good in the snow. I obviously dont know anything about tires so I need someone who is supposed to be the expert tell me what the options are. These tires are not good in the snow and I cant even get up a driveway with a few inches of snow. Im so disappointed that this is what I got. Im gonna have to buy new ones next year because these are terrible and ill be going to the dealership like I initially planned. Money was not an issue but I was told not to spend $1200 at the dealership because that is a rip off. Well what I got was a rip off. Update: Consumer "solutions" commented below and wanted to make it look like they were going to do something to fix this situation but they said they couldn't help. Dont be fooled by their responses to reviews.
