Amy and Kyle kept me updated on my vehicles status at least twice a week while they had it and I also received text notifications on it as well. They did a fantastic job fixing the damage as well my car looks beautiful! They even vacuumed my car out in the front despite how messy I left it with them. 10/10

- RKRay KaforeyMar 27, 20223.0I have had a really great experience with Gerber in the past (Ontario, NY location) which is why I'm not giving the entire company a 1 or 2 star rating. But at this location I received a ridiculous estimate for a repair to my truck's rear bumper -- essentially a sand/fill/prime & paint job. The estimator insists they needed to REPLACE the entire bumper...that the steel (yes 'steel') can not just be repaired as I suggested above. Took it to another reputable shop and got an estimate for 25% of Gerber's estimate to fix, not replace. Why do I care if I surance is paying for it? Because they are not. It's an 10yo truck and a non-insurance transaction, paid for by a responsible young lady who damaged it while parking next to my truck and stayed there until I came out if the store to take responsibility. I have no desire to make her pay $1600 to replace it, when I can get a quality repair for $400. Less than my insurance premium deductible.
