- JOJulie Ortolani2 days ago2.0Went in for a rear wiper blade for my Kia soul 2020. The girl at the register (whose name I did not get) was about as friendly as a rock. She came out to put the wiper on .My car was parked on the row closest to the street. She could not "find her way " And didn't feel like walking to my car the 20 steps it would be. Had me pull the car over to her.. She worked on it with a screwdriver etc and couldn't get the old wiper off. Finally got someone from inside and he couldn't either. She told me to try YouTube. I won't be coming back here. It was never like this before. Also, as I was wandering around the store, not one employee asked if they could help me I believe there were two or three people doing their own thing , she was just standing at the register.

Now im not sure if he helped him buy the wipers but either way they were incorrect. I came back and said that he got the wrong ones. He said that because they were jhooks they were fine. I asked him for help in replacing the wipers since im very inexperienced in replacing them. He stated that he cant because "they didnt want him going out in this weather". But they expect me to figure it out on my own in this weather? So now I need to turn in the 4 22s and get 2 16s and 2 26s, because he said that they worked. He even looked them up in the system and said they were the right ones. Shouldn't someone working at this store be able to help me reinstall for free the wipers and install the correct ones? I knew it was bad when my mom asked where I went then proceeded to ask if I got the grumpy old man who doesnt do anything. Yep, never coming back...

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
