- HHHassib Hassan2 days ago1.0I'll start with the positive: the representatives at the location were nice so that's a plus. Beyond that, when I first picked up the car, the car was really dirty. It was not cleaned at all from the outside. When I first sat inside the car, there was a very bad smell that was ingrained in the car. They did not have any other cars, and I did not have time to go to a different location. They offered a voucher for me to go wash the car at a local carwash, but I didn't have time to do that and honestly, it's not my job to do that. There is an expectation that the rental car is clean. It was so dirty and had some scratches, the representatives recommended I take a video so when I bring it back, they don't think that the scratches were caused by me. Aside from the cleanliness, the car seemed to run bad. It felt like a very old car. There was air coming into the car from somewhere even though all doors and windows were closed. Also, when we put the passenger window down, it took a lot of time to bring it back up. Some mechanical thing might have been broken or not working as expected. Overall, it was just a bad experience with the car.
