- WLWalter Da LuzJan 2, 20261.01/10 Update: I called Valvoline Customer Service on 1/2 when this happened, and I was told to expect a call from the regional manager to address my experience within 2 business days. I have yet to hear from them, very disappointing. I had a HORRIBLE experience here tonight when Jose G (manager) point blank told me that the Groupon Voucher I purchased specifically for a Synthetic Oil Change (except European Oils) wouldn't cover the cost of the oil change as it says it would. He started rattling numbers out at me for what I'd be upcharged and when I asked for documentation of this he said "I tell you the price, you pay it." I flat out told him this whole experience felt exceedingly Bait and Switch like and he scoffed. He ended up charging me $34.62, which I told him I would be fighting with Groupon and Valvoline. I'm writing this as a warning to anyone looking to use Groupons or this location. Buyer beware!
