They tried to upsell me on new windshield wipers, saying the inspection would not pass without them. I kindly refused and they skipped the inspection. After getting my car back, I tested the wipers and they were absolutely fine

I was told they no longer have regular oil that I would have to purchase some kind of synthetic oil. Minimum cost being $80. I am truly surprised at Valvoline. I've been going there for years. Now they're going to join the elite only sales model. Well I am not an elite. I ended up having my regular oil changed for $50 elsewhere. Good luck Valvoline new policy!!
