- SSSaba S.5 days ago1.0Do not repair your windshield here unless you want parts missing or swapped for parts that belong to a technician's car. It is covered by insurance the first time if you're insured. Rock chip was nearly the size of a quarter. I wanted to replace it before it got worse. Mind you, I waited in the waiting room as they worked on my vehicle. Unsure if this person still works here as it was a while ago, but this technician exaggerated the report and swapped my OEM rearview mirror with his Jeep's rearview mirror in front of my eyes and denied it in front of his coworker and would not return my part. That part was not "damaged" before they changed out my windshield. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere. Highly disappointing.

Then it switches back and forth with the AI assistant that’s extremely unhelpful. Please just go back to the old way if you can’t get this AI thing correctly.
