    I've never written a negative review on this platform, just because I don't believe in sharing something so negative in public, but feel so strongly compelled to give Exotic Car collections/Enterprise one because of the experience we had. The pickup experience was great -- Asher was great in walking through the car options we had, we were able to pick out the car we wanted and were ready to pick it up on the day. Initially we had wanted to pick up one car, but apparently the car was booked and was not returned when it should have been, so we had to settle for another car. Which is fine -- we aren't too picky, were sympathetic, and understood nothing could have been done if the car wasn't returned. We took a replacement car. The goal was to rent it out for one day, but apparently they don't do drop offs for Sunday, so you would need to rent it out for another day. This was double the cost, but either way we were still understanding. We came on the following Monday, and this is where their demeanor completely changed -- They wanted to charge us for a full extra day. When we picked up we asked when we should return the car, and what we were told was that generally in the time frame of the 24 hour billing cycle is when we should return it. The conversation was very casual, and no mention was ever made of an hourly rate, even after we tried to clarify. It was only mentioned that generally around the time frame would be fine. We were eventually able to negotiate it to them charging us for a whole 16 hours, which was ridiculous because it was only 2 hours late. We even filled up the tank to more than they wanted as an expression of good will, but that was definitely not reciprocated back. We received the tank at 3/16, it was supposed to be at 1/4th, and we were told to return it at 1/4, we filled it up to 1/2. While it might be a good business idea to be nebulous under the guise of being friendly to customers when picking up about when they should drop off the car, since they can basically make nearly a full days car rent with just dropping the car off 2 hours late, it's not something the customers appreciate. The customer behind us also seemingly had the same exact issue, which was no surprise to us, since the tone change when dropping off to returning the car seem to be something they're repeat offenders of.

    Pickup experience was good even though the car initially we were coming for was not available we got another one and was happy with it based on the initial interaction but it was deceptive because the return experience was horrible. They are basically stealing your money by not providing you with specific information. When picked up, we were given a friendly lax communication of you can just return it around this time no rush. We tried to clarify if there was an exact time but was not given any range. So we returned it a few hours after our original pickup time and suddenly the same guy was strict and saying he has to charge us for a full day. I had no use of that car and could have returned it earlier if he didn’t make it seem so lax and gave us an exact window of time. We also needed the car for 1 single day but since they don’t do key drop off for these cars and were not open on Sunday we rented it for 2 days. And now being told we will be charged for 3 days. It is very frustrating as a customer when you are not provided with clear messaging. There was no mention of hourly rate or being charged that way when picked up. After we resisted this blatant deplorable attempt to make us seem like we were in the wrong they finally said they can charge us for 2 hours (which is actually 16 hours because it’s not an exact hourly rate). I would not recommend this location with the people working there.

    There were so many issues with their system that they had to keep charging my card. Maybe 4 times. In the end I was told to call them about a refund for the extra charges and instead they charged my card again. This is after being on hold to come back on the phone and the rep act like he didn’t have me on hold that whole time. Then Instead of empathy or responsibility for charging my card unnecessarily and taking away what little money i had to buy food for Thanksgiving he saids “now you have money for Christmas. It’s like a refund check!” No…I will be charged another $30 from my bank now, because now I have a negative balance on my account. And to top it off, the car was very dirty, inside and out. I will never use this car service again…
