- TBTanya BentonFeb 19, 20263.0I called last week to make appt and when I got there they said I’m sorry but my inspector won’t be here for at least another hour 😳 I made an appointment! Long story short there is a “call center” who has absolutely no clue what is going on! Plz remove the call center and allow the men at the shops to schedule their own appointments where they know what is going on. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Now the men at the Grand Island shop were all AWESOME and did a perfect job and apologized for this massive inconvenience. They do not need a Call Center!

I talked to Maurice and he was the person to take my keys and explain the process and costs. He was very pleasant and helpful. It was such a good experience that I then made an appointment for my husband’s car for the same thing. We will definitely be returning. The cost is reasonable and the service is great!
