    Great experience with Goshen Enterprise. Michael was kind and communicated well. They brought the car to the auto body shop which was extremely convenient and I was able to leave the car at the shop once mine was ready. The car was clean and was a newer model which made the experience even more elevated. Bonus that the car matched my purse.

    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Complete Breakdown in Service and Accountability I have been a long-time customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but my recent experience represents a complete failure in reservation integrity, communication, and customer accountability. On December 18, I reserved a premium SUV for pickup on December 26. This was done well in advance, with the expectation that a confirmed reservation would be honored. On the day of pickup, I received a call from the local branch advising that they did not have a premium SUV available and could only offer a mid-size SUV. While disappointing, I attempted to work with Enterprise to find a solution. I then contacted the Enterprise 800 number, where a representative assured me that another nearby location had a full-size SUV available and transferred my reservation accordingly. Approximately one hour later, I received a call from the new location advising that they did not have any vehicles at all. At that point, I called the original location back, only to be told that the mid-size SUV they had offered earlier had already been rented out. Despite having a reservation made over a week in advance, I was now left with no vehicle whatsoever. What made this experience even more unacceptable was what followed. Over the next day, I called the Enterprise 800 number four separate times and was told each time that the issue would be escalated to a regional manager and that I would receive a call back. I did not receive a single call. I continued calling again today and was given the same assurance — still with no follow-up. This was not a weather event. This was not an emergency shortage. This was a failure of Enterprise’s own systems and accountability. A reservation that means nothing is not a reservation — it is a suggestion. And when that system collapses, so does customer trust. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that, at the same time, I was in the process of opening a corporate account with Enterprise, with the intent to guarantee a significant volume of rentals each year for business travel. Based on this experience, I will now be evaluating other providers who take customer care and operational reliability seriously. The most troubling aspect is not just the lack of a vehicle, but the complete absence of ownership: No proactive follow-up. No call from a manager. No resolution. No accountability. For a company that markets itself on reliability and service, this experience delivered neither. Enterprise didn’t just fail to provide the class of vehicle reserved. They failed to provide any vehicle at all — and then failed to follow up. This experience has forced me to seriously reconsider Enterprise for both personal and corporate use. I hope this review reaches leadership, because what happened here reflects issues that go far beyond a single branch.
