My husband and I were told the car cost $20 per day. Enterprise ended charging us extra $650 after we dropped the car off. Only to be told that the said $20 per day was infact a surcharge in addition to what the insurance pays daily. This is the second time i’ve done business with enterprise and incurred unnecessary charges due to poor communication and or no explanations of cost at all. This will be my last business with a company that’s not trustworthy

The car malfunctioned while I was over 150 miles away, and the guys at this location came to my house the next day to personally swap it out. I cannot recommend this location much more. 12/10. I will be a returning customer!
