They were honest and upfront regarding services I requested either being necessary or not and did NOT try to "upsell" me things I neither asked for or needed. Such a fresh experience compared to the 3 previous Firestone nightmares, including a damaged vehicle they refused to pay for, that caused me to change to Monroe. Plus the cost for new rear brakes and rotors was almost HALF of what Firestone wanted.
- JWJoey WagnerApr 3, 20261.0Terrible service I took my truck in for new tires back in July I brought the tires in my truck bed and all they had to do was put them on the rims and balance and mount them but they ended up keeping the truck a whole 24 hours because they didn’t have the weights ready to balance them and by the time I got the truck back the rims were all scratched up and pieces of the rims were gouged out.
