I brought my car to another shop the next day and what a surprise it passes inspection and low and be hold no check engine light!!!! Does it make you feel good as a business to try and pull the wool over peoples eyes, because it's disgusting!!!!!

I walked in and I told the gentleman behind the counter that I have an appointment for an oil change tire rotation at two o'clock. He proceeded to ask me three separate times why I was there. I'm then sitting there for about 30 minutes before he looks at me and says oh, ma'am.Your car failed inspection because the front tires are bald... to which I said that's cool, but I'm not here for an inspection.I'm here for an oil change tire rotation. Another customer comes in. He had dropped his vehicle off for an oil change and then went home to wait. He comes back and the guy behind the counter says, oh man, we lost your contact information, we were going to call you because we forgot why you brought your car in. So the guy that was supposed to be done and paid for before mine was done and paid for had to sit there and wait for his oil change to be done.
