    Not a good experience at all I needed help finding a head light for my car and the employee seemed totally lost trying to use the computer. He wouldn't even say anything to me just look at the screen then look at me as if waiting for me to tell him what he should do next. After finally getting the right bulb he didn't offer to install it like they have done in the past. Will go elsewhere

    The employee that I've dealt with twice in a week is awful. Lazy Rude Sitting in the chair on his phone doesn't want to be bothered when you asked him he acts like he's miserable he grunts and moans. Bought the wrong light from my car he was miserable the first time I was in there returning exchange experience was horrible he is awful. He looks like he does not want to work he was not helpful. Next time I see him I am walking right out Name on my receipt was Walt K.

    the gentleman working the monday closing shift was not knowledgeable on the computer software and was rude the entire time regarding the return. he was also inappropriate towards his female coworker in front of us. i’m sure he’s reeeeal pleasant to work with.
