  I recently had routine maintenance performed by the specialist at Monroe Auto and tire centers, And I was thoroughly impressed. The work was done with incredible attention to detail; the technicians took ample time to ensure that everything was function flawlessly. I highly recommend them for their professional and thorough service! PS: Price was great-Affordable.

  The Glenmont team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help fix a problem they didn't cause. They squeezed me in, found the issue, fixed it the right way, and got me back on the road in no time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had an 830 appointment, And it took an hour and 20 minutes for the oil change. They said that they would do a tire rotation, included, but then did not, stating that “it wouldn’t do much,” because they said I didn’t have a lot of tread left on my tires, but did indicate they had uneven wear. Staff was polite.

  Bought 4 new tires and four weeks later the rear driver tire completely blew out while driving down the freeway. Didn’t hit anything or notice any damage prior. I’ve never seen a tire literally disintegrate like that, it was destroyed. Luckily we were all safe and able to get to the side of the road safely. Got the spare put on and went straight to Monro. They confirmed I had a warranty on the tires and ordered the replacement. They called the next day to tell me it was ready. They didn’t tell me it wouldn’t be covered and replaced the tire and when they called to tell me it was ready they gave me 40% off a new tire so I ended up paying $60 for them to replace a tire that was only 4 weeks old. I could have gotten the tire cheaper at Walmart, but went back to Monro thinking it would be fully covered under warranty or at least a bigger discount considering the treads weren’t even worn and barely used. Super disappointed in the lack of communication from the employees about the pricing/warranty and also extremely disappointed in the “warranty”.

  Called the number, was transferred to someone who didn't work at the location. They told me I could bring the car in immediately to have it looked at and that there was a time slot open. I appeared at the time they said, there were people in the waiting room. Woman at the front desk was very rude to me, refused to work on the car, told me to go to a dealer. Total waste of time plus an unpleasant conversation.
