    To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to write a formal email regarding Anthony Decurtis, he is the Manger at the Glenmont location. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain defects with my vehicle. I appreciated that Anthony was willing to work with me and gave me a great experience.

    I started my oil changes on 2 vehicles a couple years ago at the Glenmont Monro location. They found several valid repair needs, including struts and a leaking oil pan. I trust the general repair technicians and the inspections. The scheduling/mgmt has been smooth. It is a great team, thanks!

    I always feel in good hands coming here. It's hard to find a shop that is consistent and trust worthy... but I am happy to say that this is it. They are always very transparent, calm, and speak in layman's terms. I honestly look forward to bringing my vehicles here, because it's always good experience. I don't know if I can say that about any other service. Keep up the good work!

    Contacted the store today, last minute, due to some ABS, traction, and 4WD lights on my dash; nervous and not expecting this to happen Anthony offered to take a look at my car and see if he could diagnose the situation and asked me to bring car right over. That was utmost customer service and I greatly appreciate that assistance and peace of mind! Thank you Anthony!!

    Yikes! Monroe has a "call center" now. We were not informed that we reached a call center and thought we were reaching local staff as usual. The call center quoted us an incorrect price, and on top of that said there was a "coupon" rather than a rebate for the service we received. We were surprised to receive our incorrect bill for a higher price than quoted and additionally no coupon deduction. We were told that the local service center is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the call center. We didn't know we reached a call center! We would have gotten a better price from our Honda dealership with no fanfare or rebates! We have been using Monroe for 26 years and felt trust. This is our first true disappointment. I hope Monroe Corporate hears from people and makes changes. Customers should know they are not speaking to their local service center!!!
