  TLDR: Two times I scheduled to repair, and two times they wasted my time and forgot to order parts they needed to repair my windshield. I experienced very poor management of this location. I scheduled online four days in advance to change my windshield. The reminder email and confirmation were sent twice prior to my appointment, and I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment on Friday 12/12. The woman at the front desk (who was very professional and kind) told me it would be 3 hours or so. As such, I went to lunch around the corner. When I came back an hour later I was told that they had good news, and that my car would be done sooner than expected. They told me to come back in an hour. I walked next door to a bar for a drink, only to be called 15 minutes later and told they did not have the moulding for my vehicle. I abandoned my beer and walked back to the safelite garage and was told that they were very apologetic to have wasted my time and that they would work around me. This was 90 minutes wasted. I rescheduled after they promised me they would have the correct moulding the following week. Five days later I arrived 15 minutes early, and the manager (Billy - also very kind and professional) took my keys with enthusiasm and ensured me my vehicle was in good hands. I asked him to verify the part that was missing the previous week had arrived as to not waste my time (again), and he left to check with the technician. After ten minutes he gave me the bad news - they AGAIN did not have the part I needed. Despite their assurances, they had failed once again to get the moulding. I informed Billy of the situation that had occurred and how this was the second time this location had failed me. To Billy’s credit - he told me he would comp my windshield wipers and schedule with a mobile technician to come to me because they had failed when I came to them - again, twice. This place needs better communication, and needs to own failures like this as to learn from them - not repeat them in less than a week with the same customer.

  What a horrible experience with this company my insurance gave me the option to take my 2024 Lexus gx550 either to the dealer or safelite to repair my windshield I choose safelite because windows are there specialty boy I was wrong they break more things to get to the windshield and won’t take any responsibility for it. Even the windshield after they installed it it had the seal gasket was sticking out from the top. I have given them 3 months to fix their mistake before I give them a negative review but they keep pushing me off hoping that I will forget. Do yourself a favor if you’re insurance is going to pay for the fix just take it to your dealer because they own up to their mistakes if they ever make one and they are more professional and honest

  Thanks again, gents! Had a great experience here with the technicians and staff at this location. Brought in the vehicle early because of work even though it was an afternoon appt. Safelite team was able to jump on it almost right away and I was able to get the car back during my lunch hour. I really appreciate it! Front windshield looks smooth and great! Was advised of the safety steps to keep it sealed nicely and was on my way. Very efficient. I hope I won't have any more cracks from the storms/trees but at least I have a place I can trust and go to if it happens again. Professional team and work, much appreciated! Car smelled great after too, imo. All the best!
