- PHp HarrisDec 24, 20251.0went to have one tire mounted and balanced on a new rim for my 2nd car. drove home with the rim and tire to mount it on my other car and noticed the tire was not balanced there where no weights on the inside of the rim. called and spoke to the desk person he asked the installer if he balanced the tire he said no. I paid for mounting and balancing. Very poor service from the installer. I went to the Lynbrook store which was closer to my home explained my problem and with out hesitation he balanced the tire for me and apologized for the bad service from the other store. I will not go back to Glen Head location.
