I didn't have an appointment. It was my radiator. Had a serious problem. They had to flush it out. Needless to say they resolved my issue. I cant thank them enough. And, it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them!!!

Through dumb luck, we found our way to Mr. Tire and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Logan got our car into the shop immediately upon arriving. Shortly thereafter he explained the issue, gave us our options and quickly had parts brought in from other shops. Given that I was traveling with my wife, daughter and dog, with a car full of suitcases, Christmas gifts and ski equipment, nowhere near our destination, this could have been a very challenging situation to figure out if we ended up stranded. But Logan and Mr. Tire had us back on the road two hours from when we walked in the door (on New Year’s Day, to boot) and we were able to make it home that night. These guys were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to help us out and get the job done. Can’t thank you enough for helping us get home!
