    I stopped at the Geneva location with a tire pressure light issue Saturday evening. Logan took care of my issue on the spot. He was more than kind and willing to help me out. The experience was pleasant and unexpected. It's nice to be treated with kindness. We can certainly use more people Logan!

    Logan and his team were great and super helpful! They helped me out within thirty minutes of my call for a new serpentine belt and while it turned out not to be the belt, they brought my attention to many other serious issues my car had. They were very kind in their relaying of these messages and showed me exactly what the problems were, as well as reasonable quotes on what it would take to fix! I would definitely return to this Monro location when I have more car issues in the future. Thank you Geneva Monro!

    The manager,Logan,is professional, friendly and understanding. He understood the costs associated with repair AND looked out for my safety given my tires conditions.I have recommended him to others seeking mechanical service .

    This was my go to shop till I found out that the guy that was amazing was no longer there. Matt was always very helpful and honest and right to the point. Sad to see the company got rid of a really good guy
