  Oil change/front running light Even tho receipt says top off fluids they did not. For whatever reason they said lights were working/still out. Edit-so I brought my Tahoe back for a different issue and have to say may have been a bit hasty with the poor review. Manager was super helpful even though I did leave the previous review. Was leaving for VA for grandsons bday and noticed my muffler was dangling. She got me in and on the lift and ordered the parts asap. Pretty awsome considering they could’ve been testy towards me!! So I have to apologize for the above.

  Had to pay 1 hour fee to wait for a part to be delivered. While employee worked on another car. Cost over $200 to have two light bulbs to be changed out. High way robbery.

  I called to have 4 tires put on my car.. they told me come right over.. The manager Ryan was absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He sat chatting with us well his workers did my tires… Definitely earned my respect and will go back for future work when needed.. THANK YOU MONROE MUFFLER FOR GETTING ME IN AT THE LAST MINUTE AND MAKING ME FEEL WELCOMED

  I cannot recommend the Geneseo branch of Monroe Tire more highly. We had a puncture and were able to drive to them before the tire was completely flat. They had reasonably priced new tires in stock and had us back on the road quickly, even though it was late on a Friday evening (6:30PM). The staff was professional, positive, and made very safe decisions (two new tires in the back for safe stopping)
