  Walked in with out an appointment to change over 2 snow tires. They had an open slot and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes at a fair price.

  Stopped in for NYS inspection on a Sunday without an appointment. Only one person working but squeezed me in and was fast and efficient.

  The last time I went here will be the last time. This Monro is supposed to work with CarAdvise to give certain drivers a discount. I had been in there 5-6 times to use CarAdvise and had no problems with the previous manager. The last time I went, it was a different manager. I specifically walked in and said I had a CarAdvise appointment like I usually do. At the end of the service, I was told that it would be over a $100 for an oil change which is wrong. The manager there told me that I have specifically have to say its a fleet vehicle which I have never had to say before, then proceeded to argue with me about how the process is supposed to work while saying the employees should know better when they had nothing to do with it. She had to call someone on the phone to be told how to process it through. Then she told me that I have to call them to say up an appointment which is false because it has to be done through CarAdvise. This specific Monro needs to shut off CarAdvise for work because it is always a pain and a manager always complains about having to do it. On top of the fact that when I walked in, a different customer in there was threatening people before he walked out and that's not the first time there's been a threatening customer in the building

  I only came in for a inspection. On the way home, my tail pipe dragged when I hit a ruff spot in the road. I later check and the flex pipe had a hole in it as well as the attached pipe. This is no coincidence, the drive from Wellsville to Genseo is approximately 1:45 minutes, and the way there it wasn't dragging. It's my belief that the attachment to the tail pipe came loose when they placed another lift under neath my engine while my car was already on a lift. See attached pictures and video. Monroe muffler need to correct this problem. Also I noticed that the engine light have came on.I only came in for a inspection.
