- HBHeather Burgio3 days ago1.0I wish I head read the reviews before going here. The manager is so rude and has such an attitude. She told me I needed wipers in order for my car to pass inspection. I said ok, vs going to walmart and returning to finish the inspection. They are double the price and not any better value for the price. After doing that, they came back and told me it failed anyway due to a code. This is so unethical. They would not take the wipers off and refund me. I was tricked into spending money, because they led me to believe that is all that was needed. When trying to discuss, I was met with so much attitude and telling me I had no choice but to pay or they were calling the police and holding my vehicle. I have no issue that it failed, it is what it is. But if they disclosed it would fail, I wouldn't have agreed to the wipers there.

- JBJohn BarnesNov 24, 20252.0Well my experience was not great set up appointment for 2 went in had confirmation on my phone but not on there end I dropped off to check my u joint ...4 got a call its your pinnion seal ok 180 bucks..10 min later they called again said sorry its 250.... had it back together still making noise called o its the u joint fixed that now im at 430 bucks and still making noise now say its the pinnion bearing..I get paying for the u joint but paying 250 for the pinnion seal they didnt fix nothing w that so they should of gave me my 250 back I wont ever go here again.
