We had the car towed here and followed up the next day, which was a Sunday. We were greeted by Kyle who inspected the vehicle and informed us they can fix it but probably not till the afternoon because of existing appointments. He asked where we’re from and I said New Paltz( 4 1/2 hours) away. He said he wanted us off the road by dark so he will do his best to get it done as quick as possible. My phone rang 40 minutes later and I was informed the job was complete. Adam from the garage came out with a big smile and said” she’s done, and ready to go…watch the deer on way home”. I was given a very fair invoice and Kyle wished us well on college tours. A class act all around. Highly recommended. A 10 out of 10. They saved us and the whole team was exceptional A huge shout out to Mavis Tire-Geneseo

Between pieces of my car, broken and or hanging and Remanence of the poor deer, the Geneseo Mavis crew cleaned up my car without hesitation. They took me right in and within a little more than an hour, handed me my keys and said no charge. This Mavis crew has saved the day for me on more than one occasion over the last four years. I highly recommend the crew and management team to anyone. They absolutely went above and beyond to help me out.

I explained I was desperate to get tires replaced do to a damaged tire, and I was told there was no problem, they would be working until every car was finished. I explained that if I could be guaranteed thst it would be ready by 10 the next morning, I could leave it. He thanked me and assured me it would be ready. At 930AM the next morning I received a call that the car was ready! Couldn't ask for better service than that! I highly recommend you check out their prices and prompt service!
