  I went to Mavis in Gardiner for an oil change and wheel alignment they have always done the best work very friendly and they like to treat there customers as there apart of the mavis family so thank you mavis team for all your hard work and dedication

  I took my truck to mavis in gardiner to have my tires and my brakes done i always come to this particular mavis cause of the way they treat there customers as well as there professionalism they are the best at what they do thank you mavis team for all you do your hard work and dedication speaks in the work that you do

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in and had a 1PM appoint for an inspection. I was told by the person attending the front that it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I began to ask a question and was rudely interrupted by him saying that other stuff came up and he was not able to get the inspection done. Would not recommend bringing any vehicle there or making an appointment.

  How to lose a customer: Bad customer service I have had mixed results in the past at this location, but all I needed was an inspection on my 2022 vehicle in perfect running condition. I had a 9am appointment and arrived on time. I then waited at the front desk for 10 minutes while a grayish haired gentleman at the front desk continued to work on his computer without acknowledging my existence. Then someone else from the shop came in and checked me in. I waited 1:20 minutes and saw that my car was in the shop, but was worried that it wouldn't be ready by the time I had to leave (10:45a), so I went to the desk and asked if the car would be ready in 20 minutes and the same guy who checked me in said the car would not be ready by then, so I said that I could not wait longer and asked for my car back. I waited another 10 minutes and saw that my car was out front (but no one had called me to the desk). I went up to the desk and the person who checked me in handed me my keys without saying a word. I took them and left without saying a word. I understand shops get busy, but at no point in my interactions did I feel like they cared at all that I was there. They made me feel like a nuisance more than a valued customer. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" or "sorry we couldn't get to it" would have been easy and gone a long way, but nothing. I won't go back to this location.
