    Every time I have come into this location I am treated like family. The guys here always take care of me and they are willing to work with me. They are also honest, which I appreciate the most. Also, I like how available they are for me. When I call I have no problem getting an appointment almost right away, I don’t have to wait weeks and weeks. I truly can not say enough good things about the guys here. I will always use them!

    How to lose a customer: Bad customer service I have had mixed results in the past at this location, but all I needed was an inspection on my 2022 vehicle in perfect running condition. I had a 9am appointment and arrived on time. I then waited at the front desk for 10 minutes while a grayish haired gentleman at the front desk continued to work on his computer without acknowledging my existence. Then someone else from the shop came in and checked me in. I waited 1:20 minutes and saw that my car was in the shop, but was worried that it wouldn't be ready by the time I had to leave (10:45a), so I went to the desk and asked if the car would be ready in 20 minutes and the same guy who checked me in said the car would not be ready by then, so I said that I could not wait longer and asked for my car back. I waited another 10 minutes and saw that my car was out front (but no one had called me to the desk). I went up to the desk and the person who checked me in handed me my keys without saying a word. I took them and left without saying a word. I understand shops get busy, but at no point in my interactions did I feel like they cared at all that I was there. They made me feel like a nuisance more than a valued customer. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" or "sorry we couldn't get to it" would have been easy and gone a long way, but nothing. I won't go back to this location.

    I’ve been going to Mavis for a couple of years now, and unfortunately the service has continued to get worse over time. Even when I make an appointment, I still end up waiting for hours. The staff are generally nice, but after a while the repeated issues become very aggravating. There have been a few concerning experiences. One time I had an oil change done and the cap was not put back on properly, which resulted in oil spilling all over my transmission. On another occasion, I brought my father’s car in to have the headlights replaced. I called multiple times to confirm the work had been completed. When I arrived to pick up the car, the headlights had not been changed. After waiting again, I was then told they didn’t even have the correct bulb in stock. Situations like this make it feel like the service is disorganized and that customers are sometimes being charged for work that hasn’t been properly completed. I hope the management addresses these issues because the location has potential, but the consistency and reliability of the service really need improvement.
