  Great place to get your car washed. Called ahead and had no wait when I arrived. The waiting area is clean and comfy with drinks and snacks. Ronnie, Adam, and the staff are great people. Got an exterior hand wash and it came out spotless. Will be coming back again!

  Had a great experience today at the car wash! I was warmly welcomed by Ronnie and Adam, even offering me a meal while I waited for the express detail of my car. -Booked online and got to the site in 10 minutes with zero waiting time! I didnt have to queue up or schedule a week in advance (though I believe calling ahead is the best way to go about booking services). -The office/ waiting area is great, clean, and full of amenities (coffee, water, comfy seats, and a clean bathroom). -Not a long wait for an express detail, spent about 45 minutes that included hand wash, interior vacuum and high pressure air to really get the debris out, and I can totally say they cleaned up my car so good! -Had a fun and great time waiting, Ronnie, Adam, and their crew treated me like family and not just a customer! 45 minutes flew by like it was nothing, but you will definitely see the results! Will definitely come back to get my car paint-corrected and windows tinted! (Note: I got the express detail for my mini-suv) I will upload more updated photos when I get a chance to take pics with better lighting!

  After looking at about 500 reviews and reading stories about car washes and my particular car I settled on Biz family. Glad I did! It was only easy to make an appointment. Service was great and Fast. Also I had many Items in the way that were put back in the car in the end (yes they were all moved out of the way and placed together in the shop) Car is now clean and ready to face ugly weather of winter months. I feel confident going back and getting whatever service the car needs at that time.

  This was my first time coming to Biz Family Auto Services Inc & Hand Car Wash, and I was seriously impressed! The team did an amazing job on my car — it looks spotless inside and out. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

  I recently had mold in my car due to unfortunate events and they not only got rid of the mold and bad smell but my entire car looks brand new. I'm extremely happy with how it came out and I will be going back. They are all so nice and kind. I love a business that takes care of their customers and treats them like family. Trust me when I say they are beyond amazing. Thank you so much ❤️ you now have a customer for life❤️
