  Only one person in shift and he can't leave the counter to clean showers. Don't stop here if you need anything more than fuel. I'll never stop here again

  The best shower ever. This brand new Pilot is the nicest one here in NY. Amazing shower pressure that you can share with your love.

  There 1/2 baked chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection no pink, better than any area restaurants from fonda to Albany. Add a little green beans and non oily non slop Mac and cheese and your good to go. Far better than the the local chicken barbecues. I really like the older well tempered staff. My stop was on 4-2. @ 2pm

  I read through the other comments for this location and I don't want to keep kicking a dead horse but it seems like the exact same problems for everybody for the last four or five years. I got here at 5:00 p.m. and parked for the night. I went inside to start laundry and there was approximately five people waiting for showers. When I transferred my clothes into the dryer there was still five people waiting for a shower. Somehow in a 3 minutes between putting my clothes in the dryer and going to the desk to get a shower because the new app does not work correctly and will not identify this location, an additional four people hopped in line in front of me that 6:00 p.m. I was number 10 in line for a shower. It is now 3 hours later and in that time a total of three people were called for their showers. A quick walk down the shower hallway and all of the rooms with the exception of the three that were just called were absolutely untouched. I get it, everybody short on staffing and there's a lot to do on the evening shift but seriously? There are two kids, yes kids under the age of 25, working behind the fuel desk. One more older female wandering around pointing out a bunch of stuff that needs to get done. In the 3 hours I've witnessed those three employees eat food, take cigarette breaks, unload what I can only assume is their personal laundry and fold it, then walk it out to their SUV in the parking lot, and lean up on the counter on their cell phone. I asked why the showers are so slow, the response I got was no, this is how it normally is and when the overnight shift comes in they'll get everything caught up at 11:00 p.m. the majority of the trash buckets at the fuel Islands were full and the washer buckets were virtually all empty. The coffee was at least 6 hours old and was quite burnt so I'm not really sure where they were too busy and what they were doing to not attend to the showers.
