I asked about it, but they responded carelessly, saying they were busy with other tasks outside. What a terrible place — the service is absolutely zero. The main source of income for this business is truck drivers, yet they show no respect or care for them. This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever seen

All of the staff were VERY friendly!! Last night I was asking about showers and they were so helpful and kind!! This morning again everyone was SO helpful and kind!! Margaret went above and beyond though!! I was needing to wash a few dishes in their sink and she was really a hostess for me!! I was kinda embarrassed to need to wash dishes, but she made me feel so welcome!! I was blown away!! She has only been there about one month, but she has traveled before and understands!! She says she always tries to have fresh coffee for the truckers!! She was busying herself making coffee cleaning counters and making everyone feel at home!! I will definitely be visiting more Pilot Travel Centers in the future!!! It seemed to me like home away from home!! The showers were also very clean and nice! We found them to be affordable and very accommodating for a family!
