I booked a shower and received a message with a shower number and door code. When I arrived, the shower was not cleaned. An employee told me: “Wait five minutes.” I came back five minutes later — and guess what? Another person was standing there with the same shower number and the same code. No explanation. No apology. No accountability. As a result, I was told to wait for another shower. And the worst part? I ended up waiting over an hour. More than an hour — because of poor organization and total chaos. The employee responsible for cleaning looked unfocused, careless, and completely unprofessional — and that turned a simple shower into a mess. Pilot, this is unacceptable. A shower is a basic service for drivers, not a lottery — and not an hour of your life wasted for nothing.
