They’re very helpful and explain things so that you don’t walk away with questions. It is hard to find a better shop to go to when you need work done on your car

I understand it’s difficult for some people to have a positive attitude but don’t work any kind of customer service if you’re going to be rude to a customer. This was the Fulton location. Edit: I would also like to add that this lady has called my phone 4 times since this review was put up because it made it to her boss. This is beyond unprofessional to take it upon herself to go back and get my number and call me using her PERSONAL number, not the company’s.

I needed 4 new tires on my car, Walmart was absolutely full and unable to install them til 12/13. I called and they got me right in. I left the car, do to having other things to do. They called and let us know the oil was low and we had them just do an oil change while it was there. 4 tires and an oil change later, was the best service I had in a awhile. Will be taking our other vehicles down later this week to get the oil changed on this week.
