On my way to pick up a rescue transport dog in Oswego, I got a notice about my engine overheating. I pulled into the Fulton Mavis and Carrie not only saved me from blowing my head gasket but educated me on how to find what I needed under the hood and what to do next time if I end up in a pinch. She had what I needed delivered, got my car set, and had me on my way. Mavis, whatever you are paying her is NOT enough! She was an absolute life saver!

- DFDan FluerNov 14, 20251.0Went in for an alignment they did the alignment and it was never right after I left so I drove around a week or so to be sure the alignment was still off and it was so went back to the shop to have them look and make sure everything was tight and somthing didnt move or cone loose so they take the truck back and then few minutes goes by and they call me back and show me I have 2 bad ball joints try to tell me I have bad shocks wich I do not so they wanted to charge me 1700 for lower ball joints I said no id have them done at my normal shop and she told me once I did to come back the alignment is 90 warentied and they would redo it so got the work done took a couple days to get it in my regular shop got thay done went back to mavis and went in and said hello remember me she didnt and I explained im the guy that had the bad lower ball joints and was told once their fixed to bring ut back and they would re do the alignment but no she threw a fit and said they dont touch vehicles after somone else put parts on it wich isnt true at all so next morning I called talked to a guy manager told him what happened when I brought it back he then said the lady was wrong and to bring it in the next day and the best alignment guy they had would be their to take care of me well bring it in sign in the lady manager set everything up and I sat there like 20 minutes waiting for her to come out and say we aren't touching your truck and to never come back all because I did exactly what the other manager told me to do so I said they should have never aligned it with bad ball joints to begin with she then tells me its my responsibility to know if somthijg on ny truck is bad or not and if I brought it with bad ball joints that's on me not them even tho they claim to be pros and while I was waiting that 20 minutes to be kicked out the store last was their getting new tire sensor had a lady in getting them done for 150 a tire a guy comes in and asked same question and she tells him 120 a tire right infront of the lady and she got upset as well next thing the manager says is this may be the day I quiet very un profesional dont seem like none one is on the same page and there very un profesional
