Maybe internet outage, or POS company outage, but it was painful for me and the AutoZone associate, but we made it happen, and origanal processed CC went through. Ask yourself AutoZone why does this happen? Then ask 4 more times... Quality of customers (we want this) transaction should be a Top priority for the organization. I almost walked away from the sale, and that would be lost profitunity for AutoZone. Reach out to me if you see I can help you in NYC market.
- KKKaibaykeita KeitaOct 28, 20252.0This is the worst autozone i have been to, first we came here because our battery died. we bought a battery charger to charge our dead battery but thats where the problem came in, the charger wasn’t even working and to add on i went to ask to return the charger and shift supervisor told us no, and i was stuck in the parking lot with not enough help for over 1 hour. their was only one employee there helping us his name was jamal. Plus they charge too much, when i went to the auto-zone near merrick blvd they assist more and is even more cheaper. my own son was helping better then this auto-zone. i DO not recommend this. We managed to get out with the help of my son. I still thank the employee Jamal for even trying and even being really helpful and he went above and beyond to help us. He really deserves a raise.

He looked up the exact alternator I needed for my car and asked if I needed any tools. He also gave me a few pointers on how to get the alternator on and off without too much trouble. It was a really quick and efficient experience, and I appreciate that he took the time to help me out. It's rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely a 5 star rating.
