DO NOT GO HERE! I went for an oil change and a NYS inspection and was told that bc my car was 'leaking oil' it would not pass inspection...it was going to need a $1000+ repair. I checked the DMV website and it turns out that is not a reason for a failed inspection. I told the employee that and even someone from DMV told them the same thing over the phone and the STILL failed it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to Mike Medina, the regional manager. I've called the customer service line multiple times. I took my car straight from there to another shop (not mavis) and it PASSED. I want to make it clear, I am not disputing that my car needs a repair. My car should not have failed inspection. I know it and they know it. I was also told they only carry synthetic oil. But this is what it says ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE: Changing your car’s oil is essential. We offer conventional, semi synthetic or synthetic oils. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

10/10 experience. I came in needing brake work done after realizing I was way past due, and Faheem took great care of me. He didn’t just explain the issues, he actually showed me exactly what was wrong, which I really appreciated.
He was honest, professional, and even helped me with other issues I didn’t realize he could fix. He didn’t try to upsell me or add unnecessary charges, which made the whole experience feel trustworthy and stress-free.
The service was efficient, the pricing was fair, and my car is braking smoothly again and feels way much safer to drive now. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you again for everything!

I ordered a tire to this shop. I received confirmation that it was delivered but was advised that no it wasn’t. They didn’t try to help they didn’t even try looking for it!! I spoke with customer service of Amazon and ups and both advised it was delivered. The manager was very nasty rude and dismissive!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY‼️

Came in to get work done on my car and I want to be clear — the technicians who handled my tie rod and alignment, along with the woman at the front desk, were both solid. They were patient, respectful, and still took the time to help me even though it was close to closing. They could’ve easily turned me away or rushed the job, but they didn’t. I appreciated that and even tipped them because they earned it.
The issue was the manager.
I asked a simple question about what was going on with my tie rod since the parts are new. I’ll even say this — I understand it could’ve been a miscommunication because I had to repeat my question more than once while he was talking to a tech. I wasn’t trying to rush him or be on top of him, I just wanted to understand what was happening with my car.
Instead of answering normally, he immediately got tense and told me to “relax” like I was being aggressive, which I wasn’t at all.
Later, while explaining the part, he tried to flip it and say I was being “defensive” when I was just pointing out that the parts were new and in good condition. There was no reason for that kind of demeanor.
Once my wife spoke up and called it out, his whole attitude changed, which says a lot.
Respect goes both ways, being a manager doesn’t give you the right to talk down to customers or act aggressive for no reason. We all have bad days. We are human beings.
Shoutout again to the tech and the front desk for doing their job the right way. One of them even fixed the mangled boot on my tie rod without me asking. That’s the only reason this wasn’t a completely negative experience.

These guys were amazing! I was in and out in no time! The staff was so friendly and understanding. Going into a tire shop as a girl my myself I expect the worst, but quite the opposite. They were so fair and did NOT try to rip me off or take advantage of the fact that I am clueless with cars! Stand up guys in there! 10000 stars! No brainer, I WILL be back!
