I had an extremely unprofessional experience here. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. with a pressing tire issue. I waited a while because the only two technicians were on lunch break. I finally got seen at 4:10. I returned at 4:30, still hearing the noise, and the manager, Faheem, gave me an attitude, refusing to service me. He said the technicians were on lunch break again at 4:30, despite them closing at 5. This was completely unacceptable. I was told to come back tomorrow, even though a major snowstorm is coming, and I depend on my car for my livelihood. Avoid this location if you need reliable service.

Brought my RSX in for a wheel alignment I called ahead and asked if a lowered car will fit on the machine the response I got was “yea no problem come right in” they then proceeded to scrape and damage the front lip of my bumper peeling the paint job and the ppf that I paid over 10k for I politely spoke to the manager about it who then made smart remarks to me stating there’s no way the job was 10k for my car and that the regional office will contact me in 2 days it has now been 1 week and they’re telling me everything has to go through my insurance and they’re not going to handle the damages themself the ONLY reason this is a 2 star rating and not 1 star is because the dude who did my alignment was apologetic and very nice he also did well on the alignment itself the regional manager came in took pictures of the damage didn’t even say hello to me or acknowledge I was there and left I was also told they had a body shop that would be able to handle everything no problem and now I’m being told it needs to come out of my insurance pockets long story short if your car is dropped an inch or two go elsewhere they’ll damage your car here and then expect you to pay for it they also did not offer me a discount on the alignment after damaging my car I paid full price on everything

Fahim was the best. Him and his crew took on a big job with my car, but they took care of me. Big thank you and highly recommend!!
EDITED (PLEASE READ!!):
I originally posted the above review and gave this Mavis a 5-star rating based off work I had done on my car around 2 weeks ago. I had some trouble with my car, so I took it to this Mavis location to get it looked at. They took my car in, and upon inspection, pointed out several things wrong with the car. I knew there were some problems with the underside of my car, so I almost expected this and allowed them to do the work, which I paid around $2,500 for. I was extremely happy with the results (at first), which is why I initially left the above 5 star review. This is where the story starts to sour. Only a few days after the work was complete, I noticed that all the lights on my dashboard came on, so I instantly took the car back to them. They informed me that now (coincidentally) two of my sensors were broken and it would be around $400 to replace them. They explained that the car was still safe to drive but that it would need to be changed before the inspection was due. I understood and was planning on taking the car back to them in a few weeks to get this done. However, around 2 days after this occurred, I then started to hear a loud growling noise from the front of my car (where they had done work). I instantly took it back to them (again), and they informed me that my passenger-side axle was apparently no good now and that it needed to be changed. They had already changed almost everything in the front of my car except for that. This would cost me at least another $450. At this point, I was skeptical of what they were telling me about my car because none of these problems occurred before I got my car repaired by them. To get a second opinion, I had a mechanic who I have known for quite some time take a look at the car. Upon inspecting the work done and the alleged defects, he found that there was no safety pin inserted on the new ball joint they replaced AND the safety pin on the tie rod they did replace was installed incorrectly, which ultimately broke my wheel bearing (THAT THEY JUST INSTALLED), leading to my sensors being broken AND the loud growling noise from the front end of my car. I am not sure if I was being taken advantage of or if this was the result of sheer incompetence, but honestly I don't know what would be worse. I am extremely disappointed in this Mavis because they did at first seem like a reputable group of mechanics that I could go to regularly for any issues I had with my car. Now I will NEVER be returning to this Mavis, and I highly recommend no one else does either.
