  I was very impressed with the service of the staff at the Freeport, NY location as well as the vehicle that I rented and the rate, which honored my affiliate membership discount. The vehicle was in great condition and a smooth ride. Customer service was 10/10. I was helped by Brian during my check-in, and Andrew and Travis for the check-out. All 3 gentlemen were polite, efficient and understood the importance of great customer service. They represented the company very well. These are the reasons why I use enterprise over other companies and as long as I continue to see this, I will be a loyal customer.

  I made a reservation online to pick up an SUV at this location. I get a call before my pickup time stating my vehicle won't be available. They had no other option. Not even a mini van. Told me "They will call me later". I had to go to Hertz. Crazy!

  Great experience! I’ve rented from Enterprise at 366-368 N. Main Street, Freeport, NY 11520 three times now and each experience has been great. The staff is friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. The car was clean & well-maintained. I really appreciated how smooth everything was from pickup to drop-off. Highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise Rental location in Roosevelt, thanks entirely to Brian. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. He was extremely thorough, communicated clearly at every step, and made sure all details were handled without me having to worry about a thing. On top of that, Brian was genuinely personable and easy to work with, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service so effortlessly. Brian truly went the extra mile, and he’s a huge asset to Enterprise. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
