If something unexpected arises you'll get a call before any further steps are taken. AND IF the vehicle is not worth the amount of $ it would take to repair it Scott would offer up that information and let you decide if you want to proceed or not. I can appreciate that.

Note my reply to the reminder where I added the info again but NO ONE READS!!! The guy would only inspect one car after bringing both in! Then he couldn’t inspect either because we needed a battery. Now we have to drive both cars back for inspection! More than frustrated and I’m looking for a new mechanic!

Brought it to these fine folks, and they confirmed it could not be fixed safely, all the while my tire was losing 1-2 PSI every couple of minutes. With 30 minutes left till they closed, they told me to go back across the street to Walmart to grab a tire, since they didn't have any on hand that matched my tire size, and bring it back and they'll throw it on the rim for me. So I went and got the tire from Walmart, sped back to Monro, and they stayed late to put it on the rim for me, did it in 10 minutes, and then didn't even charge me for it. I could say they were nice, or had good customer service, but really, it's just that they're obviously good people. A rarity in this world, and they don't know how appreciated they are. I wanted to get 4 new tires soon anyhow and I know exactly where I'll be going to get them now. They got a customer for as long as I live in the Fredonia area!
