Are you licensed?” I then asked if they had any availability today, and they replied in a dismissive and unclear manner, “What you’re asking me isn’t—what do you mean?” I politely told the person on the phone that this was not an appropriate or professional way to speak to a customer. Instead of responding, the person hung up the phone on me. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and left me with a very poor impression of Mavis’s customer service.

Mike at the front desk went over my options, and suggested tires that fit my budget, and were in stock, easy peasy. Coincidentally my car needed an oil change, I didn’t even know that Mavis does that, so he wrote me up for that as well. A few hours later, I picked up my car with four fresh tires, and new oil and filter, all at a reasonable price with friendly and fast service. Couldn’t have asked for more.
