My usual contact person was a worker named Russ. First time I dealt with him, I was impressed with his knowledge, his patience, his professional manner and his ability to make the process go smoothly. However, my last visit, Russ wasn't working. I had a feeling I should go back another day. Turns out, I was right. In a nutshell...I went to get a few things done. Mainly things you (as the customer) CANNOT PROVE were done. You need to have trust that they were. Unless you're me and you MARK your tires prior to a tire rotation. When NONE OF THE TIRES is moved, it's an issue! How am I supposed to believe they did my oil change? How am I supposed to prove they did a tire balance? This is NOT the feeling you want to have when you figure out a service wasn't provided that you paid good money for! Now is the BIGGER dilemma. Do I go somewhere else and have it all done again for peace of mind? AND PAY AGAIN!!!

Not return until 4 PM. Did not appreciate the customer service. I did not leave there until 5:15 PM. This technician is either a newbie or slow and needs to be replaced.
