  This place focuses on the wrong things they’re worried about enforcing all of their policies to their customers but they don’t follow the guidelines for their vehicles. I was given a vehicle for a three day rental and was told it was safe and ready for a long trip. The car was filthy the steering wheel and interior felt disgusting the first thing I had to do was clean everything. The vehicle was also 2k miles over its maintenance schedule. It has an air leak coming from the driver door likely from an accident, that was fun to listen to during our 4 hr drive. And the icing on the cake was the wiper blade that was tapping the side of the A pillar every time it rained and we engaged the wipers. This vehicle was in an accident and whoever fixed it did a terrible job and unfortunately enterprise employees don’t know how to inspect vehicles so you are at the mercy of whatever they give you. Enterprise please do better. You force customers to follow every rule but what about your employees? (oh almost forgot they tried to give us the car with no gas) 🤦

  This place is a joke. We had a 6:00 PM pickup scheduled—confirmed twice—and arrived on time, only to watch the staff lock the doors and walk out without a word. No explanation, no attempt to help—just complete disregard for customers. If you’re closing at 6:00, stop scheduling pickups at 6:00. While this was happening, another customer politely asked about her car and was ignored, then had the door shut in her face. That tells you everything you need to know. The staff here are rude, dismissive, and clearly have no interest in doing their jobs. If you value your time or expect even the bare minimum of professionalism, avoid this place.

  La atención es muy buena, te brindan toda la información que necesitas, son muy amables y atentos, he rentado autos con la misma rentadora en dos ocasiones, y lo seguiré haciendo, sus precios son económicos y competitivos.

  I think it's pretty good that we have this in the neighborhood because there aren't huge amount of other options. They have a pretty good selection of vehicles. One wonders why they don't have better weekend hours. Overall, I have and I would return.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from start to finish. The entire team was helpful and made the process stress-free. I initially walked in before making my reservation online, and both Howie and Leaf took the time within mins of closing to answer my questions without rushing me. That evening I setup the reservation without any cc info. until the actual booking. They also followed up with a call in advance to confirm my pickup. Renee was incredibly helpful in ensuring I received a vehicle that met my expectations. Leaf was also present during my test drive, which made me feel comfortable and safe. Upon returning the car, Howie finalized everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, the team demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, and care. I truly appreciate the effort each person made to ensure I had a positive experience.
