  First of all, the lady attendant is very rude and unprofessional. Then the shuttle service they’re affiliated with has a poor service. They made me late for my flight, which my flight had to be rescheduled . I had to wait for 4hrs to board another and when I came back from my trip, I waited over an hour . No driver picked me up. So I had to get Uber to go get my car from the parking garage. If you have to, go to a reliable parking garage where the shuttle bus is on time.

  No indicators that they are at full capacity. If you spend more than 5 mins looking, searching and competing for parking you will have to pay min $7 to exit. Even if you received no services or even parked your car. If you try contacting customer service about the unfair issue and they will Never answer your call on the pay kyosk or by phone. Employees are not helpful at all, on the contrary, they make it seem like you doing something wrong. They will also tell you there is more parking in the Back and to keep looking.

  DO NOT park at this parking lot. When I was exiting, there was congestion because one of the exit kiosks wasn’t working. We had to all reroute and leave through another exit. This additional 15 minutes caused me to have to pay double (it’s $7 for under three hours, and I was charged $14 for 3 hours and 2min). I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and on the kiosk, but no one answered. I also tried reaching out to LAZ corporate but no one responded either. Will never park here ever again

  AVOID at all costs, especially on weekends and holidays. This lot does not have any "lot full" indicators. They allow everyone in, even if the lot is full, so that everyone ends up paying, even if you couldn't find parking. This shouldn't be legal. We paid $10 to circle around the full lot for 20 minutes before exiting and parking somewhere else. They also allow cars to park on the sides of ramps and areas that clearly should not be parking spots, creating major bottle necks and dangerous situations. There are also no exit signs, so once you are in the lot, it is very difficult to find your way out. Major safety concerns. Recommendation is to park at the nearby Skyview Parking Lot and walk over.

  Absolutely terrible experience. There is too much congestion, we drove around for 30 minutes and could not find parking so we decided to leave and while the sign said 7 dollars for parking under 3 hours, we were charged 26 dollars. When I tried to call the number on the receipt, no one picked up.
