- CHCharles HoApr 18, 20261.0Do not park here. The parking attendants lack skill and they cannot park a car yet they insist on parking the car for you. They severely damaged my vehicle in less than 24 hrs. The only silver lining is that they admitted fault because the damage was so obvious and are willing to privately settle the damages. It has taken me a lot of my own time to go through the process. Do yourself a favor and look at the ratings and other comments. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fixing this will easily cost us more than we saved by parking here. If you value your property, avoid this garage.

There aren’t any clear instructions for parking or for the shuttle. You will only encounter an attendant who barely speaks any English. I probably called the parking garage 15 times before someone answered the phone regarding the shuttle. I stood outside in the freezing cold awaiting the shuttle that only runs once an hour. The manager, Dione, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Next time, I will park at the airport since the price will end up being cheaper. I’m also not interested in the “politically correct” response from them. Nothing will change!
