From the counter to the parking lot, I felt like I had their full attention and care. I will definitely be back. Much better than trying to get to LGA!

They disrespectfully ignored everything and didn’t even bother to send a response. Totally disappointed and I feel betrayed after years renting here.

No one disclosed that taxes/fees would make it exceed GEICO’s coverage or that I would be charged out of pocket. I was later billed $86.93 unexpectedly. The car also smelled strongly of marijuana the entire rental. Very poor transparency. Requesting a refund.

Picked me up the next day and brought me back to a nearly empty lot with only minivsns (I didn't want an minivan and I was promised an Altima or Camry). My choice was to pay extra out of pocket for the minivan or wait several hours for a compact car. I said no thank you and could you please take me back home since you brought me here and don't have an appropriate car for me. They told me I'd have wait until someone was available. They said several hours. I pressed for a specific time because I had to pick my daughter up from school. They told me I'd have to wait over an hour 15 which is cutting it very close to pickup time for my daughter and the "manager" was very rude about it. I highly recommend you look for a more responsible agency that values your time and business.
