  Avoid parking here at all costs. The lot gets full quickly, and they’ll still charge you even if there are no spots available. The parking staff are dismissive and completely unhelpful. Shame on me for giving them a second chance - same bad experience twice.

  I should’ve see the reviews before reserved online. The worst services ever, reserved parking and already paid online, when exists from the parking lots, calling from the machine, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE!!! And no can are able to solve this issue. The worst parking lots service ever.

  Should have read the reviews before booking. They supply a shuttle service to the airport and it was late. When i inquired about questions the workers basically said they have nothing to do with the shuttle. They tell you to scan a barcode to request a driver then it says waiting for the driver ro accept your ride. So your left waiting without anyone able to help you. Never again.

  Good experience every time I have to use this parking. Staffs are friendly and are willing to help for refund if the reservation is not used.

  0916- I am relieved someone finally responded. Could you please share contact information so I can get assistance from your team? Thanks. LAZ Parking lost my car key while my vehicle was in their care. Although they eventually gave me a replacement and later claimed they found the original and mailed it back, I still haven’t received it—months later. The lack of follow-through and communication has been incredibly frustrating. I expected more professionalism and accountability from a company handling people’s vehicles and property.
