  Shuttle runs every hour starting at 6:30am. That was not noted when booking. Arrived and attendant who was new also did not tell me that and sends me out in the rain to walk a block to the pick up area which is NOT at the actual parking garage. I gave 2 stars because the attendant although new was very kind.

  Advertised as having a free airport shuttle, you have to scan a QR code and the shuttle service never came, we waited for an hour and a half, I talked to the garage and they told me the service isn’t through them, it’s through Hyatt so it’s not their problem.

  Bad attitude . I am as charged more than an hour because I exceeded by 2 minutes. N I have stood theee for 5 minutes before someone attended me. So my fault? Why I need to pay extra because they are short handed . ? Without apologizing , the gal just said sir , you have exceeded two minutes. N walked away. I have receipt if need to verify.

  If you cherish your car, don’t come here. Honestly I used to come here often because it’s very affordable compared to the parking lot across the street. And so far my experience was great. But up until yesterday it became a nightmare. I left my car and when I went to collect it, the valet driver that went for my car was so rough and had no due regard. As soon as he was bringing the car to me, he didn’t even bother to completely stop the car before putting it into park and turning it off. After he handed it off to me my check engine light came on, despite me getting a tune up and taking my car to the mechanic two months prior and having no issues with my car.

  Confusing entry…and even though I prepaid for parking, leaving was a nightmare.
