- VWVonny W.Feb 25, 20261.0If there was an option to leave 0 star, I would have chosen it. The bad reviews are the norm and the “good” reviews are an anomaly. There aren’t any clear instructions for parking or for the shuttle. You will only encounter an attendant who barely speaks any English. I probably called the parking garage 15 times before someone answered the phone regarding the shuttle. I stood outside in the freezing cold awaiting the shuttle that only runs once an hour. The manager, Dione, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Next time, I will park at the airport since the price will end up being cheaper. I’m also not interested in the “politically correct” response from them. Nothing will change!

I was just trying to charge my Tesla here, and this experience was so difficult for a newbie. First, I couldn’t find the Tesla charger. Second, they charge me 6 dollars just to charge the car. Third, the two workers here are so rude to offer any guidance or instructions. One of the workers I couldn’t even know what he was speaking. Worst experience for a long time, I don’t recommend any one to pay for them.

So never again this place
