- MEMarjorie EstradaJan 5, 20261.0The people that work there are really rude, I left my car for vacation and when I come back my car was no working, my key was missing the top and when I said about my key this men Luis give me a nasty attitude and keep telling my husband that he knows a mechanic so I think they did something to my car, I ended buying a new battery. So never again this place

Arrived and attendant who was new also did not tell me that and sends me out in the rain to walk a block to the pick up area which is NOT at the actual parking garage. I gave 2 stars because the attendant although new was very kind.
- WKWill KOct 26, 20251.0Advertised as having a free airport shuttle, you have to scan a QR code and the shuttle service never came, we waited for an hour and a half, I talked to the garage and they told me the service isn’t through them, it’s through Hyatt so it’s not their problem.
