    I was overcharged and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I was given a rate at the counter, but at no point was it explained to me that this was a weekly rate. That lack of transparency resulted in me being charged far more than expected, which feels deceptive at best. When I questioned the charges, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or clearly explaining the mistake, they acted as if it was my fault for not somehow knowing details that were never communicated to me. The attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing business. I expect honesty and basic professionalism when renting a vehicle. Unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again and would strongly caution others to carefully review their charges before leaving the counter.

    Had the serious displeasure of going to this Enterprise location for a rental recently and could not believe how rude the manager, Frank, is to customers. He's unprofessional, tells lies and is extremely unpleasant. Acts friendly over the phone and lies that they have plenty of cars available in your budget only for you to show up and find out this is completely untrue. If you bring up any issue with him, he does a complete 180 and becomes defensive, as well as extremely dismissive. Would never recommend this location to anyone unless they want their day ruined and time wasted.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION — misleading practices and unexpected charges. We rented a car through the at-fault driver’s insurance (Progressive) after a no-fault accident. The employee, Alessandro, showed us several SUVs and assured us multiple times that they were “100% covered” by insurance. We chose a RAV-4. A week later, we were hit with unexpected charges and were told by Enterprise that Progressive only covers a sedan. We returned to the location, and Alessandro again insisted everything was covered. Yet more charges appeared, and when we returned the SUV after being told it had been sold, Alessandro suddenly reversed his story and said we owed money—but claimed he would “fix the rate.” A month later, we were charged $241 for the SUV rental that he had promised was covered. When we called, the manager, FRANK, was extremely rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling us to “call Progressive” and refusing responsibility for misinformation given by their employee. He provided no help, no accountability, and claimed complaints go nowhere. He then said he will leave a message with his district manager, Nick, to call me in 2 days. Frank told me I am unable to contact Nick, and only he can. Surprise, it has been more than 2 days, and there has been no follow-up. We have now filed a formal complaint with Enterprise’s call center, but there is no timeline for resolution. Bottom line: this location misled us, charged us for their own errors, and treated us unprofessionally. Avoid this Enterprise—they will give you the runaround.

    My experience with Enterprise was excellent. I rented my ride at Roslyn Enterprise for a week. Everyone was friendly, all the "paperwork" and options were explained and they gave me great price. The associate showed me where the gas door release was, car manufacturers hide them 🥴 and sometimes dont label them! I returned my rental to Enterprise in Flushing (165th & Northern). AGAIN I had a great experience. The return went smoothly, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was reimbursed for a tire repair and they graciously drove me to where I am staying.
