If you come here to buy 1 item, make sure to get here half hour early, there's no staff to help people, so the cashiers will happily spend 10 mins having casual conversations with customers while 20 people are waiting in line for half hour

Terrible guys! Terrible guys! Bad man! Bad man! Today, I had the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The second counter (a male employee wearing a black hat, who I estimated to be around 50-60 years old) and the third counter (a female employee with silver-gray hair, who was also around 50 years old) made me feel incredibly uncomfortable because they were both impatient, unwilling to listen to me, and spoke in a very forceful tone. I bought three windshield wipers. I can install the two for the front windshield myself, but I asked the male employee in the black hat to install the rear windshield wipers. Before he started installing them, because I was worried about them not fitting, I reminded him if he needed to check them first. My car was parked outside, but he told me to shut up and didn't want to listen to me. I felt extremely ashamed and upset. But the matter didn't end there. Because the rear windshield wiper was no longer supported by its original bracket, it felt very loose to the touch, making it impossible to clean properly. I asked them to bring me the bracket they had thrown away, but the woman impatiently said they didn't have it. So I went outside again to try and find a better solution. When I returned to retrieve the parts, the female employee pointed to the trash can and told the employee in the black hat that there were no parts there. She seemed very... Impatient, I asked her for the bracket a third time before she reluctantly found it and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, and then I went outside to try to remove the installed wipers, but I couldn't manage it even after 15 minutes. So I had to go back to the counter for help a fourth time. This time I waited for about 7 minutes before another young male employee with a thick beard agreed to help me remove them, but he couldn't do it either. So, for the fifth time, I asked him to tell the male employee in the black hat to help me again. My God, if I could have done it myself, I would never have asked him again. Communicating with them was incredibly frustrating. On the sixth attempt, I waited for the employee in the black hat to finish installing the battery for someone else before asking him to remove mine. This time he succeeded, and the silver-haired lady helped me return it. When I tried to restore the wipers to their original state, I found only the rubber blades remained; the stainless steel bracket on top of the wiper was missing. I no longer wanted to speak to the counter for help because they were so impatient from beginning to end, making me extremely embarrassed. I bought my wipers here a year ago, and this is the second time I've come to replace them, but I swear I will never come to this store again! Finally, I bought the most expensive model of wipers.(RAIN•X) Even with the instructions, you might not be able to find the correct button immediately, which makes your fingers very sore because it's very hard. This is also very bad. I suggest others choose the model around $20; the quality difference is minimal. Good luck!
