    I’ve been going to this store for the last 5-7 years and never experienced anything so unprofessional in any business. I walk into the store and Korean guy all the way on the other side register is not even yelling he’s screaming at a young lady on the opposite side register just completely discriminating and downgrading her. Is this what we do now? I was so embarrassed and felt extremely bad for that young lady in which I asked her if she was okay and what’s wrong with him and she then stated she’s ignoring him in which I asked for his name and I don’t exactly remember but I believe it was Mike or something like that.I don’t know what kind of people you employ but that’s not right and this store needs to seriously be looked into. There’s almost no one to cash you at anymore in here even tho you see between 5-7 employees walking around if you ask for help they state they can not help because their Store manager wants them to work on only the task given like hello where’s the customer service? Where’s the empathy for customers? And where is the care and respect for others especially the females in the workplace??? Who is even running this store? Do they know how to run a store?? It clearly doesn’t look so.

    I happened to stop at this store February 16th, for a part for my car. It was on Monday morning and the store had just opened a little while before. I ran into an old friend who works there that I haven’t seen in a few years. As we’re catching up on things, she was able to help me from start to finish. And I was to pick up my order that Friday. After paying we were gradually walking towards the exit., still talking and still no customers. Her manager, Yessini (?) calls her and pulls her into the back. I can see from the managers facial expression that she was very upset with her. There was pure hate and anger in the managers face. I later found out my friend got in trouble for talking to me. Again no customers in the store and I was there for no longer than 15-20 minutes. Regardless, if I was a friend or not the manager should have waited until I left to comfort my friend if there was a problem. Instead, took her into the back and left the front of the store unoccupied without any employees. I will not be going back to this location and suggest your manager take anger management courses. She handled the whole scenario very poorly.
