  I want to thank Aria and Enas driving school for the excellent training and support they provided. The program is organized, professional, and truly prepares you for both the exam and real world driving. A special Thank you to Instructor Rigo . He is patient, knowledgeable, and treats every student like family. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel fully confident before test day. His dedication made a huge difference in my success. I also want to recognize Vanissa from the red hook on the road program . She is always helpful, organized, and friendly. She makes the school environment welcoming and supportive. And a big Thank you to Nadia, the one who schedules the appointments. She is patient, efficient, and always makes sure everything is set up on time. She truly helps the process go smoothly. I’m grateful for everything this team did to help me pass my CDL test. I highly recommend Aria and Enas Driving School Inc to anyone looking to get their CDL.

  I recently had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. After making several phone calls to inquire about their packages, I was sent to voicemail twice before someone finally returned my call. This individual provided no introduction or indication of who they were and simply stated that someone else would call me back in a few hours. I patiently waited until the end of the day, only to have to make another call to request a refund due to the lack of response. During this subsequent call, I encountered even worse service. The lady who answered the phone on two separate occasions was incredibly rude and unprofessional, telling me that I was disturbing her and assuring me that someone would call me back. This dismissive and unprofessional attitude is wholly unacceptable for any business, especially one that deals with the public. I gave this company multiple chances to redeem themselves, yet they failed at every turn. The lack of basic customer service skills and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their staff suggest that they are unfit to conduct business, much less serve customers. I strongly advise against using their services and hope they reconsider their approach to customer relations. I wish negative stars was an option it would be very deserving for this company.

  Extremely rude on the phone. Didn’t even greet. Called them to ask a question, the women said she will call me back in 20 minutes. Super unprofessional.
