- MRMoses Ro4 days ago5.0As I was driving down from college I hit a construction site and there was a pot hole that I didn’t see, which caused me to lose the lip of my car and drag down underneath. I called Joe (general manager) to ask if they are able to get it removed from the bumper. He told me yes and to pass by. I got there and Jonathan Gomez was able to remove it right away and they told me, “no payment needed”. I left a tip for Jonathan, the least I could do, and left satisfied! They have great service and definitely put customer’s safety first! Would definitely come back!

I went in for what I thought would be a quick little peek under my hood because my heat resistant fabric was literally melting which felt… not ideal. They got me in and out super fast and everyone was extremely helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. Huge shoutout to Vita Joe and Bill for saving me from what turned out to be a full blown rodent situation. Apparently some tiny criminal has been stealing my fabric to build itself a cozy little home. Honestly disrespectful. Thankfully the nest is not under my hood but still… the audacity. They didn’t just tell me the problem either they actually gave me real solutions and next steps so I’m not out here getting robbed by woodland creatures again. They explained everything quickly and made sure I understood what was going on without making me feel dumb which I appreciated. Overall super smooth experience and I left both informed and slightly betrayed by nature. Chip and Dale watch your backs.

If its something outside of thwir wheelhouse they let you know immediately and dont try and blow smoke. Overall a good group of guys. Id send my daughter to them with confidence.
