- TBTawny BFeb 10, 20262.0Giving an update on a previous review Within my original review, all my lug nuts were crossed, threaded, and three studs were broke off. As well as had to get my custom lug nut re-welded so that I was able to take off the cross threaded lug nuts. They asked me to come back down to the shop to fix the studs as they did, but I still will not be returning to this tire shop or any Mavis tire shop in New York. Inexperienced technicians That crossed threaded with air power guns. You guys have left me with a big problem that is continuous Joe was great with service corrected what needed to be done but otherwise besides that I am still upset and unsatisfied
