I looked for two days straight I was trying to think where or who I could get help from, and decided to call Mavis to see if they had handled something like this before . A very sweet lady answered the phone. (Her name was vita) She said that they don’t normally deal with that, but she would inquire A couple minutes later, she told me to bring the vehicle in, and they would put it on the lift and look for the tracker. I brought the vehicle in and they went forward with putting it on the lift and the WHOLE CREW was under my vehicle with flashlights looking. Literally about five minutes later, Joe pulls the tracker out of a spot in my bumper where I would have never found it. Even after finding it, the whole crew continued to check every inch and even went as far as taking hubs off to make sure there weren’t any other trackers or devices I was so unbelievably thankful and relieved that not only did they agree to help and assist me with finding it- they actually located it and said that there was no charge for doing so. Can’t think the whole crew Enough and expressed my gratitude or how unbelievably thankful and relieved I am about this whole situation. I hope Corporate reads this because this Mavis has THE BEST crew and literally will the only tire (and related mechanic work) shop I ever go to.
