  This is my location of choice and worked with Samantha today. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Love seeing a woman who knows her stuff do so, so effortlessly! She gave me great recommendations and timelines. She also made sure that coupons were used.

  I just got an oil change done at feel compelled to recognize the level of service Harry provided. From the very first phone call, he was extremely polite, professional, and patient. He answered all of my questions clearly and didn’t rush me. When I asked if there was any chance he could squeeze me in, he told me to come right away. By the time I arrived, he had everything ready and within 2 minutes, my car was already on the lift being serviced. That kind of efficiency and respect for a customer’s time is rare. What really stood out was how proactive and honest he was throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to search for coupons and made sure I got the best possible price, which he absolutely did not have to do. Harry also took the initiative to perform a thorough check of my car and brought to my attention that my front rotors were worn. I was most impressed his honesty—he didn’t try to pressure me into making an immediate repair or use it as an opportunity to upsell. Instead, he explained that it’s not an emergency but it’s something I should plan for in the near future. He gave me a realistic timeframe and assured me that he’d be ready to help whenever I decide to move forward. Harry didn’t just explain it verbally—he brought me into the service area and showed me the tires and rotors himself, pointing out exactly what he was seeing and what to watch for. He explained everything in understandable terms which was especially meaningful, because as a female, it’s not uncommon to feel dismissed, intimidated or taken advantage of in auto shops. Harry made the experience the complete opposite—I felt informed and confident in everything he told me. He even provided a printed summary of everything we discussed so I’d have something to reference down the line. I also appreciated Harry’s integrity when it came to additional services. I told him upfront to perform a wheel alignment or tire rotation if needed. He easily could have justified doing both, but instead he was completely honest and told me neither was necessary at the moment and recommended I come back after winter. His transparency spoke volumes. From start to finish, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Harry represents exactly what customer service should look like. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him build long-term customer loyalty and trust, and he is a tremendous asset to the Mavis team. I would absolutely recommend that anyone visit this location and ask for Harry specifically. He deserves recognition and frankly, an enormous raise, the way he represents the company and treats customers. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had at any auto service shop. Harry single-handedly secured my loyalty to this location and I will not be taking my car anywhere else going forward.
